豆瓣分数有点低了。喜欢开头切割银幕的片段，非常带感。影片 feel 基本是靠音乐和节奏支撑起来的，musical style 段落尤其好；叙事能力只能算是中规中矩，结尾父亲态度的转变铺垫不够，显得突兀。80年代末英国社会对少数族裔怀有的恶意令人发指。BTW 即使强调了 American dream in Luton，我不觉得是在跪舔白人，歌手激励青少年成长这种事儿本来就不分种族国籍啊，且影片里的白人路人形象还能更糟糕吗？
Splendid.

一个巴基斯坦人在英国追着美国梦。
现在连英国电影的叙事都这么老派了
雜亂無章，前二十分鐘大量描述男主角家庭的不堪、遭受歧視而恐懼發聲、以詩紀錄人生、妒忌朋友，後愛上音樂後變得大膽，以音樂歌頌自由，夢想和現實早已有傾向並非電影探討的內容，缺乏矛盾與追看性，也許青春本應無趣，但劇情太牽強無趣，Bruce歌曲隨時能觸動男主角當刻情緒，劇情太理所當然，莫名其妙與朋友的吵架，莫名父子關係變好。
有人帮助真好。

CCTV6的片名是炫目青春，英国人拍的巴基斯坦移民，他们的年轻人在英国的生活，从保守的故国文化向往自由的资本主义社会的生活，个人主义大放光彩。
看作是音乐片，我给三点五星
Burce Springsteen 好像对我来说真的有点古老了，不过这部也是满满的鸡汤
